1. What movement do Funny Items watches use?

Most of our automatic watches use the NH35 movement (with date) or NH34 movement (GMT / dual time). Some models use the DD 8285 automatic movement. These are reliable, widely serviced automatic movements.

2. Are these watches genuine brand watches?

Funny Items is our own brand. We build custom automatic watches from quality components, not replicas of other brands. Every watch is assembled, tested, and inspected by us before shipping.

3. Do you ship internationally? How long does shipping take?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Guangzhou, China. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout, typically 7-20 business days.

4. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging. Custom-made items (e.g. logo dials, engraved text) are non-returnable unless defective. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 5. What if my watch has a quality issue?

Every watch is inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will help resolve the issue according to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Can I customize or build my own watch?

Yes. We offer custom-made watches with logo dials or engraved text, and we sell watch parts including dials, cases, hands, and straps so you can assemble your own watch. Contact us to discuss customization.

7. What payment methods and currencies do you support?

We accept payment via PayPal and Stripe (credit / debit cards). Prices are displayed in USD and EUR.
