Custom dials let you build a watch no one else owns. Here is how the process works.

Step 1: Define the Spec

Before designing anything, lock down:

• Diameter (28.5mm is the standard — see our sizes guide)
• Date position (3H/4H) or no-date
• Movement pairing (see our quick chart)

Step 2: Design Choices

• Base color and finish: matte, sunburst, glossy
• Indices style: printed, applied bars, numerals
• Lume: C3 green or BGW9 blue (see our lume guide)
• Text/logo: custom text placement at 12 and 6

Step 3: Order and Wait

Minimum orders typically apply (often 30–50 pieces) since custom dials are produced in batches. Lead times run weeks to months.

Alternative: Modify Stock Dials

For one-off builds, many modders start with a stock dial and swap hands/bezels for personality — faster and cheaper than full custom.
