Method 1: Hand Remover Tool

The purpose-built option — a lever tool that pulls each hand straight up off its post:

1. Protect the dial with a plastic film or dial protector
2. Position the puller legs under the hand evenly
3. Turn the top screw slowly — the hand lifts straight off
4. Repeat for minute and second hands

Method 2: Lever Blades (Budget)

Two fine levers worked from opposite sides under the hand:

1. Work both blades gently under the hand base
2. Alternate tiny upward pressure side to side
3. The hand walks up the post gradually — patience over force
