The Manufacturing Pipeline

- Surface finishing: brushing, polishing, bead-blasting — each finish takes different compounds and wheel speeds
- Movement production: stamped plates, precision-turned pivots, jeweled bearings assembled to tolerance measured in microns
- Dial printing: pad printing transfers indices and text onto brass blanks — multiple passes for different colors
- Hand fabrication: stamped, polished, lume-filled — the smallest parts requiring the steadiest hands
